FixPilot AI does not collect personal information through this website at this time. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter signups, and no analytics or advertising trackers of our own on these pages.

Like any website, this site is hosted on infrastructure that may record routine technical logs (such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested) as part of normal operation, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify or profile individual visitors.

We do not set cookies on this site today. If future milestones add analytics, preferences, or account features that use cookies, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice before they go live.

Planned later milestones include:

• Optional accounts — an email address and password you create, used only to save your diagnosis history.
• Diagnosis records — the appliance symptoms and report results you enter, stored so you can revisit them.
• Repair referral events — the source and campaign parameters attached to a repair CTA click, used to measure how many qualified referrals reach the repair partner.

None of these are active today. Before any of them launch, this policy will be updated with exactly what's collected, why, how long it's kept, and how to delete it.

We don't share personal data with anyone today. A future repair-partner handoff (the repair CTA destination) may receive the referral parameters you arrived with — that is the point of the referral feature — but it will never receive more than the site itself already carries, and this policy will name the partner when that happens.

When personal data collection begins, you'll have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data, and to opt out of any non-essential processing. Requests can be sent using the contact method listed below.

This site is intended for adults managing household appliances. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes — especially before new data-collecting features launch — the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
